Approach

A step-by-step approach, readable and measurable

Each step produces a concrete deliverable and a clear decision: continue, adjust or stop. You keep control of pace and scope.

  1. 01

    Targeted diagnosis

Observation of two or three work situations: steps, tools, data, volumes, risks. Interviews with the people who do the work. Analysis of the software in place and of possible connections.

    Deliverable
A reasoned recommendation with priorities, scope and estimate, including when simplification or classic automation is enough. If you consult the market, a specification and a selection grid for the solutions.
  2. 02

    Solution design and pilot

Selection of existing AI and tools, diagram of the complete system (connections, automations, interfaces, controls), data usage framework. Pilot on a limited scope with the users concerned.

    Deliverable
A pilot evaluated with the teams and a deployment decision.
  3. 03

    Integration and deployment

Connections to your software and data, development of the necessary adaptations, tests, gradual go-live. Useful complementary skills are brought in depending on the project.

    Deliverable
The solution in production, documented and mastered by your teams.
  4. 04

    Team support and results tracking

Training by work situation, usage rules, indicators tracked over time, regular adjustments.

    Deliverable
Measured results and an improvement plan.
Design principles

What guides our recommendations

  • 01

    Simplest first

Simplification or classic automation is recommended as soon as it is enough.

  • 02

    Explicit rules for exact results

Calculations, controls and reproducibility belong to rule-based software, not to AI.

  • 03

    Proportionate human validation

A check by another AI can detect some problems; it replaces neither tests nor the necessary human validations.

  • 04

    No more complexity than needed

Several AI or agents are only justified if their contribution outweighs their complexity.

  • 05

    Measured gains, not promises

Each project defines its indicators before going live and tracks them over time.

  • 06

    Your tools first

The solution builds on your existing software and data before adding anything.

Getting started

How to begin

A first conversation of 30 minutes to an hour, by video call and without commitment, to understand your priorities. If relevant, we propose a targeted diagnosis: a scoped service, with scope and price set before it starts.
